Grilled Porkchop and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients

1 - Apple cut into julienne
1 - Broccoli half, cut into florets or sliced
1 - Carrots thinly sliced
1 - Green Pepper one half, sliced
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 pinch Pepper
1 - Red Chilli thinly sliced (seed left in if you like it hot)
1 - Red Pepper one half, sliced
1 pinch Salt
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 bunch Spring Onions sliced
4 - SuperValu Quality Irish Pork Chops

1. Season the pork chop with salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.

2. Preheat a griddle pan over medium heat and cook on medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each sides until cooked though.

3. In the meantime, heat a large wok over high heat. Add in the vegetables and cook very quickly for 2 minutes. If you are nervous of the stir fry burning add in a couple of tablespoons of water

4. Add in the soy sauce, and honey and toss well until fully coated.

5. Check the seasoning and serve the vegetables on a serving plate. Add the cooked pork chop and enjoy immediately.
